Terms - Extra Curriculur Activities Registration

As a parents you can create profiles for your children on our website in advance. This allows you to complete the process at your convenience before registration open. In your child's profile, you can provide all the necessary information (e.g., allergies, contact information, etc.). AICS aims to collect all essential information about the children to share with the club leaders.
As a parent you can register your children for an extra curriculur activity between 0:00 AM and 24:00 PM on the designated day. If applications exceed the number of available spots, a lottery will be conducted after 24:00 PM. This ensures that you as a parent do not feel pressured to register during work hours, by making the process more transparent. You will receive a confirmation email the following morning indicating whether your child has been enrolled.
If your child is not enrolled, you can choose another club and register for it. If there are too many applications for this club as well, a lottery will again be conducted.
The website will be open for you at least one week before registration begins. Therefore, newsletters will no longer be necessary. All information about the clubs can be viewed on the website. The AICS Admin department will inform the community from the Primary students (South and SE-Sandcastle) on time and share the website link for the registration.

Upon registration, you commit to a payment obligation. This means that once your child is enrolled, the payment will be made. Refunds are not possible. Therefore, it is important that you thoroughly discuss with your child beforehand whether they want to participate in the club.
AICS remains the coordinator for the extra curriculur activities. A dedicated email address (extracurricularactivities@aics.espritscholen.nl) will be available for you, regarding questions about the website.
